I am most passionate about living my purpose and "catching" the joy of life. I love helping others to discover their own unique purpose and joy!

I am lucky to teach healers and intuitives how to unblock and resolve trauma by giving them the gift of activating their joy and living their soul purpose.
When I’m not busy as your soul purpose doula, you can catch me:
• Hiking and biking in nature
• Enjoying a large and NOISY family spread
all over the US
• Practicing martial arts
• Travelling everywhere I can! I have been to
4 of 7 continents so far!
